-Management -The push for higher numbers on machines that break down non-stop -Weld techs that are rude fail to realize their not the supervisor; techs need to focus on fixing machines and stop focusing co-workers

We are continually working towards improving and appreciate your feedback. Our Tech’s are trained to help oversee the Welding Department working with our employees and the machines. We have an Open Door Policy and encourage you to seek out your Supervisor or H.R. to discuss any concerns you may have with other co-workers.
