Depends if you have a good department leader who will fight for & support you

Cons

Left because the CEO is not the greatest, always blaming others, doesn't have good ideas. They have little compensation for your hard work, no rewards or incentives. Bad company vibes, bad politics. CEO wants to bring about micromanaging.
