      Pros

      Great office environment and relationships between coworkers. There are interdisciplinary projects that enable employees to branch out of their usual responsibilities.

      Cons

      Many employees are light on work currently and it's unknown when workloads will be back to regular.

      Working in Safety Programs for SRNS through E2.

      Pros

      Good money, and the overwhelming amount of available training was great. The ARRA money was probably behind it, but the experience was fine. The job furthered my Safety career. E2 support and site jobs are different things, but kudos to the E2 employer

      Cons

      Few Cons, except getting used to much stricter policies and oversight at the nuclear campus. Coming from a manufacturing background, it was odd not being able to see widgets being produced in any fashion. Very procedural mode of operation, but that is required due to the nature of the work done at the site.
