It’s hard to find the positives.

Cons

Support was minimum at best. Project manager was not involved in the project. Was asked to lie to the customer. Hiring of new employees was just did they have a pulse. No proper training. Sent over another superintendent from another site who was anything but helpful. Then hired a safety guy who had never been on a construction site and was not in any kind of shape to be on site.

Unless you don’t want to see your family and only have one day off after working 60 hrs a week
