If you get on run ops tech mod team its amazing the majority of the crew both construction and techmod in the field are amazing flexible work schedule with techmod great PM fun spot to learn alot on the tech mod team

Cons

Benefits are terrible they are not transparent about work load often forcing people to "voluntarily quit" or travel away from home for 6+ months with no return date. they say they have contracts to keep people only for the field crew to find out last minute they dont. They have zero issues pulling the sheets over your eyes. Mgmt has forgot where they came from they do not practice their core values they cover up poor work to make deadlines they dont promote people into mgmt if you arnt buddies. if you have issues with somthing or someone they dont care much to resolve it. the safety culture is toxic and used as a way to pull shady write ups anything said in confidentiality does not stay that way the place as a whole is not good and is failing and put their employees in bad spots with zero care.

Fty02 job site was a wreck. The superintendent that works that harassed employees daily. He was rude and toxic. I had to quit due to his attitude everyday. They fired another superintendent in August. Its an awful place to work. Toxic harassing environment. Stay away!

working 6 days a week 12 hours a day. no family time and company does not care about you having an outside life. They switch your hours or day to work without notice. Stay away
