Great Culture, Good Company

Pros

Great work/life balance, company provides all the tools you need to succeed. The team I work with is skilled and driven to succeed. Lots of opportunities for growth and continuing ed. The company really encourages continuing ed and skills development. There are projects going on all over, so opportunity to travel/transfer, too.

Cons

Some bad apples, like anywhere. Disconnect between corporate office and field offices, resulting in some lack of support and friction. Non-union company, so union folks aren't always the friendliest. Culture really stressed at on-boarding, but less so in everyday work life - still a good culture, though, just not focused on the 'core' values explicitly.

E2's family-centric culture makes this a fantastic place to work. Core values of safety, honesty, integrity, respect, collaboration and accountability set E2 apart and fosters solid relationships with employees and customers!

Cons

E2's tremendous growth and expansion does present the challenge of continuously be in a state of anticipating the future vs reacting requiring continuous process improvements! Good problem to have!

I love the family oriented environment, personality and the culture of this company! The entrepreneurial spirit of E2 thrives on meeting the next challenge, taking it head on and pushing us to be ahead of the rest of our competition!

Cons

I think this fits most companies flaws, but better communication throughout the company is sometimes forgotten about as we've experience extreme growth.
