Always room to grow and move up if you have the ambition to do so. They are open to ideas and suggestions from all employees. It is a great place to work if you are assertive and are focused on a career. Fast growing and no end in sight.

Cons

Every company has growing pains and issues here and there. None are immune. Other than the norm there are no cons to mention.
