Pros

Yet another company that would thrive without everyone above supervisors. Might be impossible to get fired outside of advocating for better treatment and benefits or ignoring safety telling you to do something.

Cons

Every. Single. Thing. The moral is that of never-ending hopelessness. You will be silenced if you try speaking up. Pay is a joke but a little higher than everywhere else so don't expect to get a raise that even comes close to inflation, if you get one at all. Upper management does nothing but spout nonstop lies and propaganda while actively pushing every red flag people look for these days. Open door policy, we're a family, etc. (There was an actual pizza party) It's called E2 because you will have to do everything twice. And most of the time much more after that. Because they change how they want it done constantly, regardless of if the new method is better in any way. No one has any motivation because upper management actively emphasizes their toxic business practices that you will have to listen to at the job site meeting every week. Career advancement is much closer to nonexistent. If they pay for the training don't expect a cent for the numerous hours of work you have to do for it outside of work. It will also not earn you a raise or promotion whatsoever. They live in non-stop fear of ladders. You will hear about it constantly. Safety strives to go as far past excessive as possible, to the point of hindering work and slowing down very normal tasks. They constantly push their core values that will never be upheld in any way unless it can get them sued. HR is less than helpful. Healthcare is truly awful. Working conditions inside will be near Sauna levels of heat and humidity outside of the cold months depending on the stage of completion for that building. Group-wide punishments and restrictions instead of fixing simple problems 1 on 1. Actively threatened with write-ups for almost anything that also mean nothing and carries no weight. Deadlines are usually unrealistic and overtime to 50-hour weeks is mandatory and way too common because of consistent management failures. Because of all of this, the product quality suffers endlessly.
