      Great Local Teams Horrible Corporate

      Good pay, Fridays off, lots of training

      Cons

      Corporate leaders are terrible. More concerned with giving themselves awards than working with the teams. The safety manager, J, will watch you do an unsafe act, take your picture, go to his desk, write you up, and in the meantime you are still doing the unsafe work.

      Leadership was all over the place. The team leads were great though. But supervisors had no idea what they were doing
