Pay is fair for supervisory roles

Cons

Absolutely zero training, inappropriate leadership and expectations, no transparency, misleading information is constant, schedule is highly inconsistent, no work life balance whatsoever. 10/10 do not recommend

Pros

Overtime, paid training, entry level opportunities.

Cons

They do not honor 2 week notices, pay raises are rare, and the culture is toxic. They would rather send their competition cease and desist letters than to give pay raises. Every recruiter that I talked to in Ohio and Indiana is scared to hire E2 employees for this reason.

Great pay, higher than most in the industry and higher than really any other trade with little experience.

Cons

Very high nepotism and favoritism, HR investigations are a joke, management is questionable at times
