      * Best organization for freshers * Open to learn new technologies * Employee's are eco-friendly * can seek help from any higher-level inside the organization *24*7 office availability to learn and explore our knowledge

      * shift scheduling is not in proper way * no proper pay & incentives are paid according to the work done

      Pros

      Very good work culture, interesting and challenging task to deal with. Always there is senior to help juniors. Back-end work is very interesting.

      Cons

      As it is small company, most of the others works are done by developers only. No direct interaction with founders.
