We are still a small organization evolving consistent policies but it is an un-fair accusation that people are not valued or treated un-fairly. If we didn't value our people and treat them well we wouldn't have had any of our past teammates re-joining E2E. Currently re-joining members are a fairly high proportion of our current team. Usually we find that people who find their groove at E2E tend to be at E2E forever and enjoy consistent growth prospects as we are growing as an organization and those who don't tend to leave, and leave within a few months.
