Pros
1.The guys who wants to learn Linux services like LAMP, LEMP, MYSQL, MONGO, REDIS, MEMCACHED, HAPROXY, AWS and so many services. Definitely you can go here, but you have to have some basic knowledge in Linux. 2.All fellow colleagues will be friendly and helpful. 3.Environment user friendly, there is no restriction in dress code. 4.Leave policy also great. 5.Salary will be on time and payslips too 6.Even in a small team at vellore, they having TT for the team to relax.
Cons
1.Lack of appreciation 2.During my period Firing was quite nature. If you don't have better knowledge on Linux, then you will be fired if you screwed up with any production server. 3.Also if you not worked well then you will be fired (Means time passing for about 3months).
