      Pros

      It's a fast growing company in India to work with. A great working environment, free to sit anywhere. Company pay salary on time (before 5) +pf+medical, this is the plus point. Get a chance to learn more.

      Cons

      Lack of fun activities in the office and no outdoor trip plan with the team. Yes about "Hire & Fire" you will definitely get fired if you can't perform. Just do your best and company will never fire you.

      Hectic work with shift timing. No proper management system. Hire and fire policy.

      Pros

      Salary will be credited before 5th. That's the only pros I can remember.

      Cons

      1. Hire and fire 2. No proper management 3. No proper hike 4. COO will blast you in front of everyone. They won't explain the reason for firing you. Whenever they want they can fire. That's the worst part of working with this org.
