Nice people, nice office, fairly work-life balance, expertize in intralogistic

Cons

toxic environment due to Italy HQ, salaries get flat after a few years, very small changes to be promoted, expecially to high managment.

The pay is good for the Mexican standard, opportunity to learn as a newly graduated engineer, working team is young and willing to help others.

Cons

Management is the biggest weakness of E80, only italians can access to high management and they are very old-school oriented.
