Lots of travels- if you are lucky to good plates also

Cons

Too much travelling for the moneybthey offer, italian is a must if you want to stay for longer and actually meant something, not only sit in the meetings ran fully in italian. 4 days of home office per month, no matter where you live (like 5h drive from the office)
