      Pros

      Onboarding virtually was great, lots of sessions to get a real grasp of the company culture, values, structure, benefits, and review process. Managers are great and lots of room and programs designed around personal and professional growth. Very diverse workforce and inclusive environment.

      Cons

      Entry level salary could be better, but if you’re a great worker who wants to grow you can get promoted quickly.
