Some of the higher up employees such as the executives (salespeople) and strategic leaders can be absolutely horrible. When I first started here I was paired with someone who expected me to be an expert at my job by my second month at the firm. She was rude to me, asked if I knew how to do my job after only doing it for a month and dealing with working from home because of COVD-19. She complained to my boss almost every day about what I wasn't doing right. She wouldn't tell me HOW to fix the things she felt were a problem so it was better for her...she just complained. I almost wanted to quit my 3rd or 4th month here because of her. She was then moved to someone else on my team and he later asked me how did I adjust to working with her and I said I never did. He then told me that he also dealt with the same issues from her and he had such bad anxiety working with her that he didn't want to come to work and wanted to quit as well.
My friend joined the firm after me and was paired with someone who is known for being difficult to work with. My friend is worried about her reputation at the firm because of this woman and my friend's manager took a while to do something about it.
