      Pros

      Management culture is really effective and empathetic. The managers at EAB are dedicated to supporting you in your work and development. The firm values are a great representation of the overall culture; everyone works hard (but healthily!) and is committed to good communication and healthy boundaries. EAB is also working on DEI strategy and ensuring that experiences are equitable and people feel like they belong in the workplace!
