      - Good company mission, especially if education is important to you - Work/life balance (PTO, Healthy Life Hours, midday breaks encouraged) - Company culture (friendly, interesting, smart coworkers) - Flexibility (generally hybrid, fully remote work allowed) - Nice DC office

      Cons

      - Painfully low pay (a fact that is completely ignored/denied by execs to the point that they gaslight employees into thinking it's inappropriate to ask for more money) - Underappreciated/undervalued entry-level employees - Difficult to grow internally (few opportunities for growth OR opportunities for growth not made apparent)
