Business Outlook
Pros
- Great Culture - C level people are good at communicating with company as a whole and most things are transparent - Work feels very meaningful because our goal is to improve education - People are Judged on their problem solving skills and how much they're willing to learn instead of how much they know when being hired - Great Work Life balance
Cons
- Teams morale can really be affected by the manager, though I feel this is true with most companies - Slightly lower pay than say a financial software dev, but in my opinion, it's worth the years it's saving on my life stress wise
