      - flexible schedule - generally nice people who want to help you succeed - tries to keep employees engaged through various events, activities, giveaways - great overall culture

      Cons

      - could make more money somewhere else for the same job - very meeting heavy culture - a lot of fixed mindsets "this is how we always do it" because there are a lot of people who stay for 10+ years
