      -Constantly understaffed -Horrible pay compensation -Private equity owners have cut, cut, cut - they'll be selling us soon -Fake layoffs "due to COVID" - then turning around and buying five more companies over the course of a year -Solicited reviews - do not trust this Glassdoor rating -Politics - DC vs Richmond -Long-term senior-level employees who are stuck in their old ways

      Camaraderie at a cost

      Pros

      Fortunately your co-workers will mostly be really wonderful— yet you are more or less competing with them most of the time. There will be a hierarchy to this too. Kinda feels like high school. It’s camaraderie with a cost. Middle management is pretty good too! They genuinely seem to care how you do.

      Cons

      Your marketer is not your friend. They are your greatest ally and enemy. And it will truly feel like that can switch each day. Can create a complicated work atmosphere.
