Pros

There are some really great, caring, collaborative, and kind people who are hired here. Those people often leave, but it's been a pleasure to work with some.

Cons

The company culture is a joke. The sales department is one of the most toxic I have ever worked for. As an MDR, you are underpaid and treated like a personal assistant and not a team member. Higher ups don't listen or understand anything thats going on on the ground floor. The interviews really paint a different picture of the role and company...BUT DONT BE FOOLED. Run to the hills if approached by this toxic company.

Pros

The people that work at EAB are great - although many are disgruntled.

Cons

The mission is lost. Since the company has now been sold at inflated prices two times over, the focus is to recoup as much money as possible through selling products that may or may not be helpful to the institutions served.

Pros

Tight network. You can be 30 and rule the world. 5 weeks of vacation, time off to workout, time off to volunteer, and a casual work environment. Gay friendly work environment. Women can run stuff here.

Cons

You can get a senior level job with no experience in the field, as long as someone higher ranking likes you. New ideas are encouraged but never embraced. Men of certain races are only hired if they're gay. Straight men of color need not apply for anything important.
