Pros

Upper Management (very upper) very interested in leading the company with wisdom, strategy and heart.

Cons

Mid-upper and middle managers aren't consistently trained and held accountable for management training. There are "popular" managers that have outgrown their effectiveness. Those same managers are repeating old, outdated and ineffective management patters. Some of the "good old boys club" mentality needs to be culled out and replaced with fresh ideas and less biased management styles. Some departments are superbly managed where some are managed by appear to ignore every engagement directive handed down from the firm's leadership.

Pros

There are some really great, caring, collaborative, and kind people who are hired here. Those people often leave, but it's been a pleasure to work with some.

Cons

The company culture is a joke. The sales department is one of the most toxic I have ever worked for. As an MDR, you are underpaid and treated like a personal assistant and not a team member. Higher ups don't listen or understand anything thats going on on the ground floor. The interviews really paint a different picture of the role and company...BUT DONT BE FOOLED. Run to the hills if approached by this toxic company.

Pros

Fairly strong benefits package, and they embrace telecommuting.

Cons

Bonus structure is heavily weighted on goals that are out of your control. They are suffering from growing pains, and internal reorganization. Many departments are spread too thin to meet the needs of clients. It is a not a welcoming place for those hired from "outside" the firm.
