      Pros

      Work life balance is great. Culture is casual, young and progressive. Management genuinely values input and feedback. Quite possibly one of the best teams I've ever worked with, and everyone in the company is eager to help. Plenty of opportunities to explore other roles and move around in the company but you have to be proactive and advocate for yourself.

      Cons

      Pay is below market average. Okay for those fresh out of college and kicking off their career (which seems to be a good number of employees)... Not so much for someone who has a number of working years under their belt.

      Pros

      When people ask what I like most about EAB it’s hands down the people at EAB. They are brilliant, passionate, friendly, team oriented, always helpful, and just fun to work with.

      Cons

      There are always more great ideas. The challenge is finding efficiencies to make time to do everything everyone wants to do. Leadership is always open to new and innovative ideas to accomplish this.
