      Amazing colleagues, below par senior management

      Pros

      Easily the smartest, most passionate, dedicated group of individuals I have ever worked with. Life long professional bonds and friendships. Work life balance is good except for in delivery, where there is none. Time off and benefits are generally good. Middle management ranges from solid to excellent; I developed my professional skills immensely through working with my direct managers. Good opportunities for growth though promotion is pretty structured. Company is definitely growing and outlooks are good from a financial perspective.

      Cons

      Unfortunately a lot of that talent is being squandered. Pay is well below market for many positions, especially in delivery and entry level positions across the board. Senior management is not receptive to feedback and often appears incompetent to junior to mid level employees, which has fostered a great deal of resentment. Top talent is being lost at an increasing rate because of these factors. Firm is also moving from focusing on best practices to technology but hasn't begun acting like a technology firm yet which creates a lot of frustrations.

      Collaborative, supportive working environment with engaged, enjoyable colleagues. Work meaningful and has significant impact on members. Strong work-life balance with multiple remote, flexible, and work-from-home options alongside time off for community services and healthy living.

      Cons

      Team dynamic and work loads vary drastically depending on manager. Professional development requires active searching.
