      Smart people, amazing clients, terrific mission, opportunities for growth and increased responsibility

      Communication has become more challenging as company has grown and was acquired.

      Pros

      I like the collaborative and cooperative atmosphere. The technologies are ancient, but the main effort now is to become cutting edge. So the legacy stuff is circa 2000, the new stuff is open source and up to date as is possible.

      Cons

      Not always, but sometimes quality is not emphasized. Standard working hours (fine for me) with no flexibility.

      - Amazing office atmosphere - Supportive Managers - Opportunity for growth - Flexible hours - Fitness/Volunteer Hours - 20 days PTO to start! - Benefits getting better all the time - Free coffee everywhere - Great people to work with

      Cons

      - Occasionally have to work late (very rare, and they make up for it with flexibility) - Can be stressful, but if you're good at your job, it's fine
