      Pros

      Great working environment, young and professional, although growing to be more on the professional side. Great opportunities to own parts of business not given to college / 5 years and less experienced folks.

      Cons

      Underpaid - similar work can often go for at least 10-20k more than your salary here. New and inexperienced managers do not lead to productive career pathing.

      Pros

      Great community among employees Awesome campus (Free Starbucks coffee but still from a machine, no barista included) Interesting work Successful business and as an employer this company is very stable Friendly work environment Food trucks arrive most days to provide a different option for your lunch

      Cons

      Workload is variable but can be extremely heavy at certain times of the year Very low salaries(even for the area) and expect to be low balled if hired Benefits are just ok Systems and processes are extremely out of date, this makes the everyday job way more difficult than it should be Not much vertical mobility Poor training/ramp up processes for new employees Huge disconnect between most employees and upper management Senior staff is not as knowledgeable as they should be, but mainly due to the outdated processes and systems Constantly loses employees due to reasons above. This results in heavy workloads for others that remain on with the company
