      Pros

      EAB is a great company - VPs and CEO are very transparent. Company culture seems to be very consistent from team to team and department to department. Managers care about work-life balance, mental health, and growth.

      Cons

      Pay is below average. This is the biggest con and I wish the decision makers could really take this issue more seriously. It’s always “what could we do better at EAB (except pay)?” Pay IS the issue we care about.

      Talented Staff that loves there work, but unfortunately most of these people are overlooked

      Cons

      ***Lack of diversity (POC) in managers, leads or any place of authority. It's little to no work life balance Low paying salaries For some reason most client facing roles get offered to pretty women (No Joke) The pay schedule is the last day of the month and the 15th of every month, combine this with a low paying salary and you will be broke!
