Pros

Fairly strong benefits package, and they embrace telecommuting.

Cons

Bonus structure is heavily weighted on goals that are out of your control. They are suffering from growing pains, and internal reorganization. Many departments are spread too thin to meet the needs of clients. It is a not a welcoming place for those hired from "outside" the firm.

Pros

- Mission driven - Thoughtful employee engagement and community impact initiatives - Great L&D agenda - Formal mentoring program - Intentional career pathing conversations; employees are supported to grow - Required management training for all new managers - Company is in growth mode

Cons

- Poor capacity modeling (at least in Richmond) - you'll be overworked - Management has difficulty making and then enforcing decisions - D.C. office values/culture and Richmond office values/culture are very different - "Work from home" flexibility is wishy-washy - Everything - EVERYTHING - has a sense of urgency attached to it
