      It was good when some good people were leading it

      Lost leadership. Promotions by favoritism. No empathy employees. No respect for family life.

      Great salary; great benefits; downtown DC - easy access via Metro; plenty of downtown resources

      Cons

      Diversity (as it relates to race & ethnicity is not a priority). They talk but don't do. Most of senior management is white males - so the emphasis and focus tends to be in that area. No safe space to confront/deal with diversity issues. Very few allies or places where you can turn. It's not all in your head....invisibility is real but not acknowledged. Although there area affinity groups; had DEI "officer" with no real power/authority.

      Good PTO Great benefits You can take fitness hours They have creative activities for employees and fun social gatherings

      Cons

      Before you accept an offer, do your research on which managers are the good ones. You could have a good experience only if you report to the few good managers there.
