      I never knew company culture could make such a difference

      Pros

      I love everything about EAB. Incredible and detailed onboarding process, lots of investment in professional development, and at least in my role with my manager, lots of flexibility. Throughout 2020 as various crises took place, management invited people to take the time off they needed, and modeled taking time off for mental health. Management has offered so much practical support in reaching your commercial goals as well. Incredible benefits like healthy life hours and hours for community service - which are genuinely honored and actively encouraged in the company culture

      Cons

      As a Partner Development Representative, the work gets a bit mundane over time. But that is probably true of all entry-level business development roles - cold calling and emailing.

      Pay is not comparable to other big companies While diversity is celebrated you won't see people of color in positions of leadership, especially not a black man

      Pros

      The best co-workers one could ask for! Great work-life balance and managers really care about their people. Lots of PTO and you are encouraged to take it. Challenging work. You have the ability to focus your work on things that you are interested in (ie. If you are interested in devops, you may get the opportunity to try it out.

      Cons

      Low 401k match, bonuses aren't great, and salaries aren't great. COVID-19 is having major impact on the company's future outlook.
