      Pros

      Good company to work for there are some quirks, but all in all as long as you do your job there are no problems. Being a private company there are nice perks to the company like getting off early before a holiday, floater holidays and flexibility.

      You are very busy due to the growth of the company.

      Pros

      Positive Environment, Good benefits and compensation, opportunities to grow, good management, family owned. I really enjoy working here and would absolutely recommend applying here. The owner is great and hard work is fairly rewarded.
