- Pay -
Always problems with pay and pay raises - Take truck home and Clock in/out from home used to compansate pay but not anymore due to new managemeent.
- NEW management - Gardaworld Adquired stealth and replaced almost all ECAM managemetn to Stealth management - No ECAM employee got a raise or move up even though work and resposability grew
- Unrealsistic expectations - 110% is not the problem (In my opinion this is how you grow and expand your 100% )but asking for 200% (Single person doing a 2 man job) is a problem.
- Micromanagement - They are implementing time management metrics to the minutes. How long it takes you to drive, prepare work task, lunch and complete the job without first taking in considerations so many factors.
- Policy changes - Affecting current emplooyes negatly without any benefits to balance.
