good money is made by those that work hard

Cons

A hostile work environment that favors making money over everything else. They allow their employees to blow up in the workplace without any reprimanding as long as you make them money. They tell you they are there to support you and that everyone is like family, but they look to fire people if the owner doesn't meet the numbers he wants to.
