      Pros

      They offered a very nice employment package with benefits and W-2, depending on the contract.

      Cons

      They will tell you anything you want to hear in order to place you at a job you may or may not want. Don't believe anything they tell you all they want is place you in a job and start making money off of your salary. I really wish these kind of companies would go away and let corporations fend for their own businesses.

      They pay well, and know how to get big contracts

      Cons

      -Employee's are disposable tools -Management doesn't want realism, they only want perfection for free -Will lie about anything if it means more money -Work Life Balance is non-existent

      Pros

      Half of the internal employees are pleasant to work with, "Work hard, play hard" is the motto but only half of the employees actually work hard, and the other half does the bare minimum to cash a paycheck but not get fired.

      Cons

      Culture and business have been on the decline for several years. Management takes no accountability for anything instead they just restructure to put a brand-aid over problems. Benefits are expensive and PTO accrual is low and a use it or lose it policy.
