The company treat its staff well and there is cordial relationship between staff. Team spirit is the key word.

When you lose your contract with any client, they just let you go. No transfer to other contract.

Everyone here is extremely hard-working and talented. Everyone works together to overcome obstacles and projects. Very team-player atmosphere. There are close work connections in this group, and it is often described as a "work family." It's just big enough to be very successful, but not too big to lose the close-knit feel. I have loved my time here, and I hope to be here for a long time.
