ECCO has a lot of great people and a culture of family, hard work and pride.

Cons

It's a big organization which can be slow to adapt or change. There is also a high level of nepotism - many people are hired into roles ahead of others because they have some family or other connection to the Vice Chairman.

- great benefits offered for all employees, including benefits for PT - great discount on products - AMAZING products! - small head office, so a lot of interaction with all departments - open door policy - even for directors/CEO

Cons

- hiring freeze ALL the time, not allowing smaller departments to succeed - too many meetings ...
