Pros

Its a small company that works effeciently and gives a warm family oriented approach with lots of little perks to the company's appreciation through all levels of employment. They offer a great benefits package.

Cons

Due to small size of the company there is not much turn around and advancement is limited. Salary tends to be on the lower side of average.

Lots of interesting information to learn. Happy to train you up if you want to take on more responsibility. Flexible shifts. Most staff are friendly. Free work shoes. Very good employee discounts. Paid out of hours training when provided.

Cons

Minimum wage. No commission. Daily individual sales targets need to be met. Daily individual link selling targets need to be met. Getting sales can be competitive between employees. Confusion about whose sales are whose. Not enough training provided for what is expected of you.
