Fantastic for Beginners in Retail

Pros

Very friendly, family like environment. Amazing training, thoroughly shows you the ropes and guides you through how to interact and make casual conversations with customers. Managers are so encouraging and will help you with anything you need!

Cons

I haven’t really experienced anything as of yet that has been negative. The only thing I would say would be more training nights as I found the one I attended very helpful and informative.

Pros

Ecco provides good retail service training and is a good place to learn the trade in retail. The company also provides interactive lessons about their products.

Cons

I work in Dublin Ireland. The pay is minimum wage which is very low for the customer service standard expected by the company. Benefits are terrible as well with no uniform allowance, low staff discount compared to the pricey products

* Freindly Management & Coworkers * Generally Easy Job * Decent Pay * If you work hard enough and show your interest, there may be potential growth and chances of moving up * Offers Online Training * Customers usually fall within the older age bracket. If you don’t like serving elderly customers, I would not recommend

* Limited Staff Discounts & No Free Shoes - Doesn’t really make you feel like you’re their employee
