The company has many business units and there are many areas to learn about the business. Structure is flat and you get opportunities to work with management if you are willing.

Cons

Systems in place are sales focussed and uses a one size fits all approach. Knowledge is not willingly transferred/shared to new employees.

The store teams are genuinely a great bunch of people to work alongside. It's a shame that they don't get the back up they need from their managers or their stock team:

Cons

Poor communication, lack of organisation, lack of recognition, lack of support, huge staff turnover so no one really knows what they are doing at head office.
