Ecco has a great working environment. Corporate gives you the tools to be successful and will make themselves available to talk to you.

Cons

The only downside to working at Ecco is the access to growth outside of the store you currently work in can be limited. Ecco is still a growing company in the states, and to move up, you may have to move to another city.
