      Pros

      The company offers cash incentives when targets are met and unlike other companies these targets are actually reachable. They offer graduate programmes for those who are just out of university within a 2 year time period which seems really interesting, allows you to travel and still offers a wage during your travels with the company. The staff were also really friendly in the Glasgow store and we got along as friends, making it a really relaxed environment to work in.

      Cons

      This is a good job, however being in retail it means that weekend work is required and often the clientele can be difficult to deal with.
