      *Bias with the new employees * expect a lot and the old employees won't let you take the customer * The work environment is toxic. It involves a lot of internal politics. * The manager and team leader will not listen to your side of the story.

      Private, family-owned business. Under previous leadership, there was a high focus on people and doing the right thing.

      Cons

      High ego’s at the leadership level (locally & globally) have led to a loss of focus on people and a number of decisions that are devaluing the brand. The culture has been completely destroyed, the product is not relevant in the market and the brand is losing credibility.
