Hourly and Commission, Friendly and outgoing team members and management, excellent product quality, great training

Cons

Corporate puts too much pressure on store management. The hours are based on sales and management has no room to accomplish this. The pressure is constantly placed on them on a daily bases.

Cons

The work as a sales assistant was sometimes dull and repetitive, we were required to buy and pay for our own ECCO brand shoes when we started working there
