fellow workers treat you like family and have your back, hybrid/remote schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days wfh, you get 2 free shoe cards per year

Cons

there has been a lot of reorganization/turnover in the last two years and as a result the culture has changed a lot, very few career advancement possibilities
