      Nothing to say as Pros, maybe I can say only very less customer according to other retail.

      Cons

      Long working hours, no commission, no certain shifts. The company that advertises that it sells shoes for foot health does not give its employees a place to rest, you have to stand all day, and it is also a stingy company that always employs people for minimum wage, regardless of experience. It is far from professionalism, you can only get somewhere if you have good relations with the "management". It is also full of lies, you can stay at your job as long as you say things you want them to hear.
