      There is really no good reasons to work at ECCO.

      Management is useless, especially the CFO. He has no clue what he's doing.

      Nice quality shoes but the company is run incredibly badly. It was the first job I ever quit!

      Pros

      Great employee discount (60%) and 1 free pair of shoes/season. The people I worked with were fine but by the time I left (4 months) the entire staff had turned over.

      Cons

      There are never any sales or promotions so business was VERY slow because there was no incentive to shop there. Terribly disorganized and mean upper management. A lot of promises and no action.

      Pros

      All the colleagues are nice, and you feel like you are part of a family.

      Cons

      The management keeps changing its strategy, and there have been waves of layoffs since 2024. More people have been laid off since 2025. Don't come, the boat is sinking.
