      Supportive community of coworkers and management.

      Cons

      Can feel like you are getting lost, in-between WFH and the scale of the company and divisions. (but there are active initiatives to assist with this issue.)

      Pros

      Everyone at ECI is positive and I can honestly say that they push together to achieve the overall goals of the company and the department! Leadership leads through a HUMAN lens, they are not pushy, or demanding either. They understand that employees have a life, and families, benefits are great! Pay is very competitive.

      Cons

      Development is slow and corporate sometimes takes too long to make decisions but they mean well.
